Shop Policies


All of our candles are hand-poured and we often make each candle once an order is placed. Please allow 3-5 Business Days for processing. 


Cancellations are allowed up until the item is shipped. We do not allow returns or exchanges, but please let us know if there is something wrong with your order.


Our candles are made in glass containers, and there is always a risk of candles being damaged during shipping. We try to package the candles in a way that does not allow for them to break, but unfortunately accidents happen. If your order is broken when it arrives, please send an email to within 3 days of receiving along with a picture of the damaged items and we will happily ship out a replacement free of charge.


All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. Standard delivery time is 5 – 7 business days, depending on location. Need it sooner? No worries! Expedited shipping is available. We currently only ship to the US.

Once orders have been shipped out, they become the responsibility of the shipping carrier.  We are not responsible for delayed deliveries, stolen packages, or any other issue that arise while the order is the hands of the shipping carrier.  If a problem does occur in shipping, you will need to contact the shipping carrier to resolve or make a claim.  We are happy to try and assist if a problem comes up, but please note that we cannot give refunds based on issues that occur during shipping
